Shipping within Canada

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped by Expedited Parcel within the next 2 business days via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.  You will then receive your tracking number to follow your order.

 

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, a notice will be left and the parcel sent to the post office or pickup point for collection. 

 

All orders are insured against damage and loss. Depending on the destination, applicable provincial and federal taxes will be charged when your order is processed.

 


Shipping to the United States

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped by Xpresspost within the next 2 business days (business day for Canada Post). You will then receive your tracking number to follow your order. All orders shipped to the United States are sent via Xpresspost. USPS will take over within the U.S. 

 

A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, a notice will be left and the parcel sent to the post office for pickup. 

 

Orders are not subject to Canadian taxes.  However, as all orders cross the border, they are subject to U.S. import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees.  A customs invoice will be included with your parcel or sent by mail.  Recipients are responsible for these additional fees, duties, and taxes.

Shipping to Europe

Shipments to a PO Box:
No alternative carrier currently covers PO Boxes entirely. If we notice a PO Box address in your order, we will contact you to request another delivery address or to ask if you prefer to wait for Canada Post services to resume. We recommend providing a physical address to avoid delays. Please note this may cause temporary shipping limitations for certain regions.

 


 

All orders shipped to Europe are sent by Xpresspost.  They are not subject to Canadian taxes.  However, as all orders cross international borders, they are subject to import duties, European taxes, and customs brokerage fees.  A customs invoice will be included with your parcel or sent by mail.  Recipients are responsible for these additional fees, duties, and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

 

For the Holiday period, we will accept exchanges and returns until January 10, 2025. Please contact us by email at info@boutiquejourdain.com with as many details as possible along with your contact information.

 

Otherwise, you have 20 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

 

We stand behind the products we sell. If an item purchased on our online boutique does not meet your expectations, you may return it by mail; it will be exchanged, refunded, repaired, or credited.

 

Keep all original receipts and ensure that tags remain attached to each item. Each returned item must be in its original condition; otherwise, it will be sent back to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.

 

 

Within Canada :
For regular-price purchases of $100 or more, returns are free.

 

For purchases of $99 or less and sale items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Items to be returned must be shipped by standard parcel service, postage paid and insured. By insuring your shipment, you can track your parcel with Canada Post.

From outside Canada :
The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please send merchandise by regular mail, postage paid and insured. To avoid unnecessary delays, clearly write “Canadian merchandise return” on the parcel.

Within Canada (regular-price purchases of $100 or more) :

 

1) Contact us by email at info@boutiquejordain.com or by phone at 1 (888) 692-9904 to obtain an authorization number.

 

2) A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.

 

3) Affix the label to the largest side of your parcel. 

 

4) Bring your parcel to a post office or drop it in a mailbox.

 

 

Within Canada (purchases of $99 or less and sale items) and from outside Canada :

 

1) Contact us by email at info@boutiquejordain.com or by phone at 1 (888) 692-9904 to obtain an authorization number.

 

2) Return the merchandise by mail only.

When you place an order, we will email you when your order ships with the tracking number provided by Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS along with the delivery timeframe. You can then track your parcel.

 

 

Price Adjustment Policy

At Boutique Jourdain, we value your loyalty. Our price adjustment policy is designed to offer you the best deals—even after your purchase.

 

Eligibility:
This policy applies to purchases made within 7 days prior to the start of a promotion for identical items that then go on sale at a lower price. The item must be in stock and displayed at the reduced price on our site at the time of the request.

 

How to request:

3) Include in your message:
– Your full name
– The order number
– The items concerned

 

Conditions:
– The item must be identical (same model, color, size)
– Still available on our site at the time of the request
– The adjustment is based on the advertised promotional price

 

Form of credit:
If the request is approved, a store credit equivalent to the price difference will be issued. This credit is applicable to a future purchase.

 

Processing:
Each request is reviewed individually. Boutique Jourdain reserves the right to refuse a request if the conditions are not met.
