Shipping within Canada

Deliveries to a PO Box:
No alternative carrier currently covers PO boxes entirely. If we notice a PO box address in your order, we will contact you to request an alternative delivery address or to ask if you prefer to wait for Canada Post to resume service. We recommend opting for a physical address to avoid any delays. Please note that this situation may result in temporary shipping limitations for certain regions.

 


 

An order placed before 1 pm will be shipped by Expedited Parcel within two business days by Canada Post or Purolator. You will then receive your tracking number to facilitate the tracking of the order. 

 

A signature might be required upon delivery. In case of absence, a notice will be left and the package will be sent to the post office or pickup point for collection.

 

Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped.

Returns and exchanges

 

For the holiday season, we will be accepting exchanges and returns until January 10, 2025.

Please contact us by email at info@boutiquejourdain.com leaving us the full details and your contact information.

 

Otherwise, you have 20 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

 

We guarantee the products we sell. If an item purchased from our online store fails to meet your expectations, you can return it by mail. It will be exchanged, reimbursed, repaired, or credited.

 

Please keep the original receipts and make sure the labels are still attached to each item. Returned items must be in their original condition or they will be sent back to you at your expense, and you will not be credited.

 

 

Within Canada :
For purchases of $100 or more at regular price, returns are free

 

For purchases of $99 or less and on sale items, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post.

From outside Canada:
The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Send goods by regular mail, postage prepaid, and insured. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “Canadian Goods Return” on the outside of the package.

Return of your purchase for an exchange or credit:

 

Within Canada (purchases of $100 or more at regular price):

2) A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you


3) Affix the return label to the largest side of your parcel.

 

4) Bring your item to a Post Office or drop it in a street letterbox.

 

Within Canada (purchases of $99 or less and on sale items) and outside Canada:

1) Contact us by email info@boutiquejourdain.com or by telephone at 1 (888) 692-9904 in order to obtain an authorization number.


2) Return the merchandise only by postal/mail services.


3) It is essential that you indicate on the parcel:

 

           Your return authorization number

           Return to sender for exchange

 

4) All parcels returned by Fedex, UPS, DHL, Purolater, etc, will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

Orders

 

When you place an order, we will send you an email at the time of shipment with your tracking number provided by Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, along with the delivery timeframe. You can therefore track your package.

 

 

Price Adjustment Policy

At Boutique Jourdain, we value your loyalty. Our price adjustment policy is designed to ensure you get the best possible value, even after your purchase.

 

Eligibility:
This policy applies to purchases made within 7 days prior to the start of a promotion, for identical items that later go on sale at a lower price. The item must be in stock and listed at the reduced price on our website at the time of your request.

 

How to request a price adjustment:

2) Email subject: Price Adjustment – [Your order number]
3) Include the following details in your message:
– Your full name
– Your order number
– The items for which you are requesting an adjustment

 

Conditions:
– The item must be identical (same model, color, and size)
– The item must still be available on our website at the time of your request
– The adjustment is based on the promotional price shown at the time of the request

 

Form of reimbursement:
If your request is approved, you will receive a store credit equal to the price difference. This credit will be applicable toward a future purchase.

 

Processing:
Each request is reviewed individually. Boutique Jourdain reserves the right to deny a request if the conditions are not met.
