Embossed linear detailing adds texture and depth, giving these historic motifs a distinctly contemporary Scandinavian expression. The flatbed knit construction provides a clean, refined finish both inside and out.

Inspired by Vardåsen near Oslo
Vardåsen takes its name from a ski resort in Asker, only about 30 minutes from downtown Oslo. The name originates from the “varde” signal beacons once placed by Vikings on mountaintops and high ridges. When danger approached, fires were lit to carry the warning from one peak to the next.
