To our dearest customers,

For the past few days, the situation caused by COVID-19 is turning our lives upside down and raising questions and concerns. Everyone is living through this surreal situation in his or her own way. We are closely following the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada as well as those of the provincial authorities. We have taken steps to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 as well as additional precautions to help us deal with this unique and constantly evolving situation.

However, in solidarity and for the well-being of our employees and our customers who are so dear to us, we have made the decision to close our store for an indefinite period. It is not an easy decision, but in order to get out of this unknown situation, we all have to do our part.

Our online store remains open and a team will be available to answer your questions. Our customer service hours will be reduced to 9:30 am to 5:00 pm for the time being. Shipping will continue with Canada Post on a daily basis.

Over the past few years, we have weathered a few storms together and we have always emerged stronger and more united. Suzanne, Stéphanie, Pauline, Branka, Aude, Alix, Nicole, Rose-Marie, Marie-Pierre and I are grateful for your loyalty and your support. We wish that you and your family remain healthy and serene under the circumstances.
