The the Norwegian national cross-country ski team sweater.
2019 is Dale of Norway's 140th Anniversary and Podium was created to celebrate that Anniversary as well as Dale of Norway's commitments to Norway and its athletes, both past, present, and future. Dale created the first Official Olympic Team Sweater ever used in the Olympics, the Cortina Sweater. Since then Dale has created many different Olympic Team Sweaters including the iconic Lillehammer Sweater in 1994.
Podium's design celebrates this passion for Norway and its athletes. The Sweater design itself is a blend of many of the past Olympic Team Sweaters and is knit in traditional red, white and blue colors with Norwegian Flags knit into the Eight Point Norwegian Rose design across the chest. A hidden and secret message has been knit into the collar of the sweater on a red, white and blue stripe, "Heia Norge" or Go Norway!
